Crocheted Fancy Fur Kimono
Lion Brand® Fancy Fur
GAUGE: 8 sts = 7 inches [18 cm] in box pattern (alternate 1 treble and 1 chain to form 4 tall squares).
4 rows = 11½ inches [29 cm] in post pattern (alternate 1 row of Front
Post Trebles and 1 row of Back Post Trebles). Before measuring, stretch gauge swatch from top to bottom and side to side; measure swatch on a smooth flat surface and do not include the first 2 rows in your measurements.
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
