GAUGE: Each square measures 7ฝ inches x 7ฝ inches (19 mm).
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| Rainbow Stripe Blanket Reviewed by Judy Fradenburg on 2012-03-09 |

| I have used this pattern a few times & it is cute as can be. I did add a row of purple to make a truer rainbow. Easy pattern & so cute! It's also a good size for a little bit older child to be able to take places with them--I have been told this by parents whose 6 year old still carries it! Best effect is with bright colors so can work for boy or girl.
