Pom-Pom Blanket

Lion Brand® Babysoft®

GAUGE:

9 sts + 7 rows = 4 inches [10 cm] in Baby Blocks pattern using 2 strands of yarn held together.

NOTE
Yarn is used doubled throughout.

When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Pom-Pom Blanket Reviewed by MONICA MCKIRDY on 2009-04-05 *****
I've made this blanket twice, choosing my own colors each time. It was a huge success at both baby showers. I noticed it works up a bit larger than the picture suggests, so definitely check the gauge if you want it to be precise. I'm sure I'll be making this one again!
