General Instructions for Beads
Note: Beads are wrapped horizontally, do not take the GLITTERSPUN® through the bead hole when wrapping.
Apply a small amount of glue inside the bead hole, glue one end of GLITTERSPUN® into bead hole. Allow to dry.
Apply glue to a small section of bead and wrap beads horizontally with GLITTERSPUN®. Continue to apply glue and wrap with GLITTERSPUN® until you reach the opposite end of bead and the bead is completely covered.
Trim GLITTERSPUN® and glue end inside the bead hole.
Allow to dry.
Following General Instructions, wrap 1 large and 2 small beads with B, 2 large and 2 small beads with C and 2 large and 2 small beads with A.
Allow to dry.
Cut three 1 yd. (1 m) lengths of D. Knot strands together at one end. Braid strands for about 6 in. (15 cm), then knot. Thread all 3 strands into blunt needle.
Draw threaded needle through small A bead, then knot the D strands close to bead.
Continue to string beads, knotting the D strands after each bead, in this order: small C, small B, large A, large C, large B, large C, large A, small B, small C and small A.
When all beads have been strung, braid the 3 strands of D for about 6 in. (15 cm) or to desired length (try the necklace on to determine the best length for you). Knot strands together. Fold each end of braided strands over a jump ring. With sewing needle and thread, sew end of strands to secure.
Attach half of clasp to each jump ring.
