1. Remove backing and glass from frame. Examine the frame before beginning: you will be wrapping strands of GLITTERSPUN® around the frame, securing the strands with tape, then trimming away the ends of the strands to keep the recessed area of the frame free. The recessed area needs to be free so that the glass and backing will still fit into the frame.
2. Apply lengths of double sided glue tape to the front of the frame as specified in instructions below. Peel off the tape's paper backing as you work to expose the sticky surface. Use the tape to align and secure each strand on the front of the frame until you glue down the ends.
3. Glue end of a strand of GLITTERSPUN® to the back of the frame, then keeping strand flat, wrap strand around to front of frame, smoothing strand over tape. Draw the end of the strand over the front edge of the frame and glue the end in place. With craft knife, trim end of strand so that it does not interfere with the recessed area of the frame.
4. Continue to wrap frame, always trimming ends of strands to leave the recessed area of the frame free.
Following General Instructions above, apply strips of glue tape to the front of the frame in a design of your choice, then apply strands of GLITTERSPUN®, again following General Instructions.
For the sample frame, we applied 3-4 strands of A and B over each strip of tape.
Following General Instructions above, apply glue tape to cover the entire front of the frame.
Apply strands of D, again following General Instructions, to cover corners of frame. Apply strands of C to cover remainder of frame.
Cut along edges of recessed area, removing all yarn and making sure all ends are securely glued to the frame. Replace glass and backing.
