Edging
Note: RS of Edging is on WS of Bag and will be flipped to RS when Bag is finished.
Rnd 32 (WS of Bag): Turn, working in back loops only, ch 1, sc in each sc around; join with sl st in first sc.
Rnds 33-35: Working in back loops only, ch 1, sc in each sc around; join with sl st in first sc. Fasten off. Fold Edging to RS of Bag.
HANDLES (make 2)
With B, ch 39.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across - 38 sc at the end of this row.
Rows 2-4: Ch 1, turn, sc in each sc across.
Fold Handle in half lengthwise, bringing WS together.
Joining Row: Ch 1, turn, working through both thicknesses, sc in each sc across to join first row to last row. Fasten off.
FINISHING
Flatten Bag opening. Sew one end of one Handle to top of Bag where edging is folded over, about 3 in. (7.5 cm) in from side edge. Sew other end of same Handle, 3 in. (7.5 cm) in from other side. Turn Bag over and sew 2nd Handle to opposite side of Bag in same way.
