Soft Furry Scarf

GAUGE:

6 stitches = about 5 in. (13 cm) in double crochet
EXACT GAUGE IS NOT ESSENTIAL TO THIS PROJECT

NOTES:

Scarf is worked with 3 strands of yarn held together throughout.

 

SCARF
With 3 strands of yarn held together, chain 8.
Row 1: Double crochet in 4th chain from hook and in each chain across - 6 stitches.
Row 2: Chain 3 (counts as first double crochet), turn, double crochet in each stitch across.
Repeat Row 2 until almost all yarn has been used. Fasten off.

FINISHING
Weave in ends.

So quick and easy I made 2 in an evening. The red was a much finer thread and came out longer than the picture, the silver fox was a coarser texture and came out exactly like the picture. Plan to make more for gifts!
