Loom Woven Dishcloth Set
Lion Brand® Martha Stewart CraftsTM/MC Cotton Hemp
GAUGE: Exact gauge is not essential to this project.
NOTES: 1. Warp and weft are worked with 2 strands of yarn held together.
2. Before beginning to weave, re-wind each color of yarn as follows: holding the yarn tail that is on the outside of one yarn ball and the yarn tail that is buried in the center of the same ball, wind both strands into a 2-strand ball.
3. Follow loom manual instructions on WEAVING for how to set up the warp, weave the weft, and remove weaving from the loom.

Loom Configuration
Use the following pieces: (4) 12-hole pieces, (4) 6-hole pieces and (4) corner pieces.
Connect pieces to form a rectangle as follows: 6-hole piece > 6-hole piece > corner piece > 12-hole piece > 12-hole piece > corner piece > 6-hole piece > 6-hole piece > corner piece > 12-hole piece > 12-hole piece > corner piece.
Leaving one hole empty in each corner, insert a small peg into every in every piece of assembled loom - 92 small working pegs placed.
Insert one contrast color small peg in upper right hand corner for slip knot.
DISHCLOTH (make 2, one with B warp and one with A warp)
Dishcloth A
With 2 strands of A held together, set up the warp across the 17 working pegs placed in each 6-hole and corner piece.
Weave the weft across the 29 working pegs placed in each 12-hole and corner piece, alternating between 2 strands of A and 2 strands of B on every other peg.
Leave 12 in. (30.5 cm) tails of weft yarn at the last peg worked.
Remove piece from loom.
Dishcloth B
With 2 strands of B held together, set up warp across the 17 working pegs placed in each 6-hole and corner piece.
Weave the weft across the 29 working pegs placed in each 12-hole and corner piece, alternating between 2 strands of B and 2 strands of A on every other peg.
Leave 12 in. (30.5 cm) tails of weft yarn at the last peg worked.
Remove piece from loom.
FINISHING
Crochet Hanging Loop
Using crochet hook supplied with loom, make a 2 in. (5 cm) chain using the tail of weft yarn. Slip stitch end of chain to base of chain to form a loop.
Thread yarn ends into yarn needle provided with loom and weave ends into the fabric of the Dishcloth.
