Pink Ruffle Scarf

GAUGE:

Exact gauge is not essential to this project.

NOTES:

1. Scarf is worked with 1 strand each of A and B held tog.
2. In this pattern, the tuning chain does not count as a st. Since the turning chain does not count as a st, do not work into the top of the ch at the end of each row.
3. Don't be concerned if your stitch count is slightly different than the count noted in the pattern, your scarf will still ruffle beautifully.

SCARF
With 1 strand each of A and B, ch 122.
Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from hook, *dc in next ch, 2 dc in next ch; rep from * across - 178 sts at the end of this row.
Row 2: Ch 3 (does not count as a st here and throughout), turn, dc in first st, *dc in next 2 sts, 2 dc in next st; rep from * across - 237 sts at the end of this row.
Row 3: Ch 3, turn, dc in first st, *dc in next 3 sts, 2 dc in next st; rep from * across - 296 sts at the end of this row.
Row 4: Ch 3, turn, dc in first st, *dc in next 4 sts, 2 dc in next st; rep from * across - 355 sts at the end of this row.
Row 5: Ch 3, turn, dc in first st, *dc in next 5 sts, 2 dc in next st; rep from * across - 414 sts at the end of this row.
Fasten off.

FINISHING
Weave in ends.
