Image of Mitered Diamonds Throw
This opulent throw is a beautiful project you'll want to use and show off every day. Each of the 20 squares is made separately and then crocheted together to form the finished blanket. Vanna White and her daughter Giovanna are pictured here enjoying the throw's interesting textured stitches in the beautiful shades of Vanna's Choice.

Lion Brand« Vanna's Choice®

GAUGE:

Square = 12 x 12 in. (30.5 x 30.5 cm) When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Making a Gauge Swatch

beautiful colors! I found that some of the squares were a little difficult to "square" up.
Otherwise crochets very easily.
