Row 2: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, ch 2, sk next 2 sc, sc in next sc, *sk next 2 sc, 5 dc in next sc (shell made), sk next 2 sc, sc in next sc, ch 2, sk next 2 sc, sc in next sc; rep from * to end - 7 shells at the end of this row.
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, ch 2, sk first ch-2 sp, sk next sc, dc in next dc, (ch 1, dc in next dc) 4 times, sk next sc, *sc in next ch-2 sp, sk next sc, dc in next dc, (ch 1, dc in next dc) 4 times, sk next sc; rep from * to last ch-2 sp, ch 2, sk next ch-2 sp, sc in last sc.
Row 4: Ch 3 (counts as dc), turn, sk first ch-2 sp, *dc in next dc, (ch 2, dc in next dc) 4 times; rep from * to last ch-2 sp, sk last ch-2 sp, dc in last sc.

FINISHING
Ties
Join A with sl st at one end of Row 1 of A section and ch 40 for tie. Fasten off. Knot end of tie. Make a second tie at opposite end of Row 1.
