GAUGE: Exact gauge is not essential to this project.

|
BRACELET
Wrap C around foam ball as if winding a ball of yarn, wrapping first several times in one direction to secure end, then changing direction every few wraps. When ball is completely covered, cut yarn. Thread yarn end into a blunt needle, then weave under yarn wraps to secure.
Wrap A around center 1 in. (2.5 cm) of ball. Secure yarn end as before. Wrap B, around ball for about 1 in. (2.5 cm) at a right angle to the A wrapped section.
FINISHING
Cut one strand each of A, B and C, each 36 in. (91.5 cm) long. Hold all strands together and fold in half. Thread needle with a strand of C, and sew folded ends to ball, at center of the A stripe. Divide strands in half, with one each of A, B and C on each side of ball. Braid strands on one side of ball for 7 in. (18 cm). Knot strands and trim ends.
Repeat with strands on opposite side of ball.

| In my young days I used to make these three color braids to tie my hair. These are really fun to make.
