Sparkling Headband
Lion Brand® Vanna's Glamour® - Fun Fur®
GAUGE: 24 sts = 4 in. (10 cm) over cable pattern. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
STITCH EXPLANATION: 3/3 LC (3 over 3 left cross) Slip 3 sts to cable needle and hold in front of work, k3, then k3 from cable needle.

FINISHING
Overlap ends of Headband and pin together. Try on Headband and adjust to fit comfortably. With sewing needle and thread, seam lapped ends in place.
POUF
With larger needles and B, cast on 24 sts.
Work in Garter st (knit every st of every row) until piece measures about 5 1/2 in. (14 cm) from beg. Bind off, leaving a long yarn tail.
Thread yarn tail into blunt needle, then sew large running sts around outside edge of piece. Stuff, then draw edges together adding additional stuffing if needed to create a rounded sphere. Knot yarn tail tightly, then with same tail, sew Pouf to Headband.
Weave in ends.

| I am so pleased with the results of this pattern. I made it in black wool with a black fun fur ball for trim. It's really elegant. I am going to make another for a gift.
