Lion Brand® Wool-Ease® Thick & Quick® - Fun Fur®
GAUGE:
16 sts + 17 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) with A in Cable Pattern. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

i loved this pattern it really should be labeled as advanced beginner not intermediate. it took me 3 nights a few hours each night to finish it so it will make wonderful christmas gifts especially in holiday colors. i prefer vannas choice yarn so i used that for the main body and fun fur for the edges. i only needed 1 ball of yarn for the main body so you might not need to buy 2 as suggested. happy knittin
