STITCH EXPLANATION:
sc2tog (sc decrease) Insert hook into st and draw up a loop. Insert hook into next st and draw up a loop. Yarn over, draw through all 3 loops on hook - 1 st decreased.
SMALL ROSES (make 2 - 1 each with B and C)
Ch 11. Row 1: 3 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 3 sc in next 9 ch - 30 sc at the end of this row. Row 2: Ch 1, turn, *sc in next sc, 2 hdc in next sc, sc in next sc; rep from * across - 40 sts at the end of this row.
Fasten off.
MEDIUM ROSE
With B, ch 21. Row 1: 3 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 3 sc in next 19 ch - 60 sc at the end of this row. Row 2: Ch 1, turn, *sc in next sc, 2 hdc in next sc, sc in next sc; rep from * across - 80 sts at the end of this row.
Fasten off.
LARGE ROSE
With C, ch 32. Row 1: Hdc in 3rd ch from the hook and each ch across - 30 hdc at the end of this row. Row 2: Ch 1, turn, (sc, hdc, sc) in each hdc across - 90 sts at the end of this row. Row 3: Ch 1, turn, *sc in sc, 2 hdc in next hdc, sc in next sc; rep from * across.
Fasten off.
BOW
With B, ch 41. Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across - 40 sc at the end of this row. Rows 2-6: Ch 1, turn, sc in each sc across.
Fasten off.
BOW TIE
With B, ch 9. Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across - 8 sc at the end of this row. Rows 2-3: Ch 1, turn, sc in each sc across.
Fasten off.
SPIDER
Body
With B, ch 2. Rnd 1: Work 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Place marker for beg of rnd; move marker up as each rnd is completed. Rnd 2: Work 2 sc in each sc around - 12 sc at the end of this rnd. Rnds 3-5: Sc in each sc around.
Stuff piece firmly. Rnd 6: *Sc2tog; rep from * around - 6 sts at the end of this rnd.
Fasten off. Legs (make 8)
Thread B onto large-eyed blunt needle, insert needle around a st of body and tie a knot to secure. Leaving about 1 in. (2.5 cm), cut strand and tie a knot in end for foot. Rep for 7 more legs.
FINISHING
Apply a thin layer of glue to one section of Wreath. Wrap A around Wreath over glued area. Continue to apply glue to one small section of Wreath at a time and wrap with yarn until surface of Wreath is covered. Allow to dry. Spider Web
Note: Hide knots on back of Wreath, under wraps.
Refer to diagram for placement of web lines. For each web line, work as follows: Thread B onto large-eyed blunt needle. Thread needle under a few wraps on inside edge of Wreath at beginning of web line (see diagram) and tie a knot to secure. Take needle across to other side of Wreath (see diagram), thread under a few wraps and tie a knot. Cut yarn. Attach Roses
Coil each Rose into a spiral and secure with a few sts in bottom. Following diagram, glue Roses on Wreath, as shown. Attach Spider
Cut a 16 in. (40.5) length of B. Tie one end to top of Spider. Tie other end to top, inside of Wreath. Finish Bow
Sew short edges of Bow tog. Flatten Bow with seam at center back. Wrap Bow Tie around center of Bow and sew ends tog. Hanging Chain
With B, ch 50. Fasten off. Sew one end of Hanging Chain to each side of Wreath, and tie a loop in the middle. Sew Bow to knot.
Weave in ends.

This was super easy to make. I didn't make the bow, but everyone loved the spider and the color-scheme. Very halloweeny!
