Crochet Rib Scarf

GAUGE:

7 stitches = 4 in. (10 cm) in sc worked in back loops only. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

SCARF
Ch 121.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across - 120 sc at the end of this row.
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, working in back loops only, sc in each sc across.
Repeat Row 2 until piece measures 7 in. (18 cm) from beginning. Fasten off.

FINISHING
Weave in ends.

Loved making this scarf. Easy to do and confortable. Mine is very hot and keeps me warm in the coldest season (february is very cold here in Canada).
