Very Berry Hat
Lion Brand® Quick & Cozy
GAUGE: 7 sts + 12 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) in St st (k on RS, p on WS). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES: 1. Hat is worked back and forth in rows, from lower edge to top (crown).
2. The crown is shaped and gathered, then Hat is seamed.

| This was my first hat. It went really quickly and the directions were easy to follow. Maybe because I am new to making hats but it was such a small hat I gave it to my 3 year old daughter. It was beautiful on her and she adores it. I would recommend doubling the cast on stitches for an adult hat.
