Loom Woven Clutch

Exact gauge is not essential to this project.
NOTES:
1. Warp and weft of Clutch are worked with 1 strand each of A and B held together throughout.
2. Warp is set up between the 26 small pegs placed in each shorter side.
3. Weft is woven across the 44 small pegs placed in each longer side.
Loom Configuration
Use the following pieces: (2) 36-hole pieces, (4) 12-hole pieces, (2) 6-hole pieces, (4) corner pieces.
Connect pieces to form a rectangle as follows: 36-hole piece > 6-hole piece > corner piece > 12-hole piece > 12-hole piece > corner piece > 6-hole piece > 36 hole piece > corner piece > 12-hole piece > 12-hole piece > corner piece.
Insert a small peg into 47 holes along each long side, and 29 holes along each short side - 152 small pegs placed (58 pegs for warp and 94 pegs for weft).
Insert one small contrast color peg into each corner to hold slip knots.
CLUTCH
Note: Follow loom manual instructions on WEAVING for how to set up the warp, weave the weft, and remove weaving from the loom.
With one strand each of A and B held together, set up the warp across the 26 pegs placed in each shorter side.
With one strand each of A and B held together, weave the weft across the 44 pegs placed in each longer side.
Remove Clutch from Loom.
FINISHING
Fold piece to about 5 x 7 1/2 in. (12.5 x 19 cm), with a 2 1/2 in. (6.5 cm) flap.
Thread yarn needle provided with loom with one strand each of A and B held together and sew sides. With yarn ends threaded through same needle, weave ends into the fabric of the clutch.
