Rnd 2: Work 2 sc in each sc around - 12 sc at the end of this rnd. Rnd 3: *2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc; rep from * around - 18 sc at the end of this rnd. Rnd 4: *2 sc in next sc, sc in next 2 sc; rep from * around - 24 sc at the end of this rnd. Rnds 5-13: Sc in each sc around. Rnd 14: *Sc2tog, sc in next 2 sc; rep from * around - 18 sc at the end of this rnd.
Following package directions, attach safety eyes just below Rnd 14.
Begin to stuff piece and continue to stuff until piece is complete. Rnd 15: *Sc2tog, sc in next sc; rep from * around - 12 sc at the end of this rnd. Rnd 16: (Sc2tog) 6 times - 6 sc at the end of this rnd.
Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Weave tail through sts of last rnd and tighten to close opening. Knot end.
EARS (make 2)
With B, ch 2. Rnd 1: Work 4 sc in first ch. Place marker in first st for beg of rnd; move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Change to A. Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around - 8 sc at the end of this rnd.
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
WINGS(make 2)
With C, ch 8. Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across - 7 sc at the end of this row. Row 2: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, 2 hdc in next sc, sc in next sc, sl st in next sc, sc in next sc, 2 hdc in next sc, sc in last sc - 9 sts. Row 3: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, (hdc, dc) in next hdc, (dc, hdc) in next hdc, sk next sc, sl st in next sl st, sk next sc, (hdc, dc) in next hdc, (dc, hdc) in next hdc, sc in last sc - 11 sts.
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
FINISHING
Sew Ears to top of Head. With C, embroider straight st smile on face. With B, embroider fangs at corners of smile. Sew Wings to sides of Body. Cut a 3 in. (7.5 cm) length of A, fold in half to form a loop and tie to top of Head for hanging loop.
Weave in ends.
