MATERIALS NOTE Materials are sufficient to make multiple Bees.
BEE Following package directions, and using A, make one medium pom-pom for head. With B, make one large pom-pom for body.
Glue pom-poms together to make Bee.
Antennae Thread a strand of B into blunt needle. Insert needle into medium pom-pom and pull through to opposite side. Remove needle. Knot and trim strand ends.
Wings Wrap C around cardboard 6 times. With a 24 in. (61 cm) length of C, tie loops together at center. Slip loops off cardboard. Thread one end of tie into blunt needle. Insert needle into body pom-pom, just behind head pom-pom and pull through body. Repeat with other tie end. Pull ends firmly, then knot and trim (ends should be hidden in strands of body pom-pom.)
Very easy to make. I didnt use glue to stick the head and body together but instead finished the yellow body pom pom with a slightly longer string so that I could thread this through the black head pom pom, tie the ends together and use them to make the antenae! Will use the bees for a kids craft event to promote bees! Thank you !!
