Granny Square Throw
Lion Brand® Amazing®
GAUGE: One Granny Square = 10 x 10 in. (25 x 25 cm). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES: 1. Throw is made of 20 Squares joined into 5 rows of 4 squares each.
2. The Squares are joined by working surface sl st in a zig-zag pattern, back and forth between the edges of adjoining Squares. If you'd rather, Squares can be sewn together.
3. To keep Granny Squares square, join new color in a different corner of each rnd.
4. Granny Squares are worked in rnds, with RS facing. Do not turn at the beg of rnds. Always join new colors with the RS Square facing.

I LOVE Amazing yarn!! I have made many scarves using the different color choices available. This was the first time I made a Granny Square afghan. It was so easy to do and it was really quick to put together. I found that I didn't want to stop crocheting the squares because I couldn't wait to see what the next color combination would look like! Thanks Lion Brand!
