Knit Fitted Pullover
Lion Brand® LB Collection® Baby Alpaca
GAUGE: 23 sts and 27 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) in St st (k on RS, p on WS) with Eyelet Panel BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
STITCH EXPLANATION: kfb (knit in front and back) Knit next st without removing it from left needle, then k through back of same st - 1 st increased.
ssk (slip, slip, knit) Slip next 2 sts as if to knit, one at a time, to right needle; insert left needle into fronts of these 2 sts and knit them tog - 1 st decreased.
PATTERN STITCH
Eyelet Panel (worked over a panel of 6 sts)
Row 1 (RS): P1, k2, yo, ssk, p1.
Row 2 (WS): K1, p2, yo, p2tog, k1.
Rep Rows 1 and 2 for Eyelet Panel. |
NOTES: 1. Pullover is worked in 4 pieces: Back, Front, and 2 Sleeves back and forth in rows on straight needles.
2. All but one raglan armhole is seamed, then sts for the neckband are picked up around the tops of all pieces using a circular needle to accommodate the large number of sts.
3. The neckband is worked back and forth in rows on circular needle. When neckband has been completed, final raglan seam, including neckband, is sewn.
4. End with a WS row means that the last row you should work is a WS row, the next row you will work is a RS row.
5. End with a RS row means that the last row you should work is a RS row, the next row you will work is a WS row.

| I like the pattern and the result but I made some modification for a yoke because it was stretching a lot while wearing in extra row I made additional decreases and finished the pullover with rows of ribs ( the same way as it was started).
