GAUGE: 4 1/2 stitches = 4 in. (10 cm) over pattern. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES: Scarf is worked holding 1 strand of A and 1 strand of B tog throughout.

SCARF
With 1 strand of A and 1 strand of B held tog, ch 9.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across - 8 sc.
Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc here and throughout), turn, dc in each sc across.
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, sc in each dc across.
Repeat Rows 2 and 3 until piece measures 60 in. (152.5 cm) from beginning, end with Row 3.
Fasten off.
FINISHING
Weave in ends.

| This was my quickest project ever! I love the look with the Steelers colors. I haven't washed or worn it yet so I don't know how it will feel but I'm excited about it. I may have to make some more before the end of the football season! I've never used such a large hook or two strands before so my hands are tired but still happy!
