Exact gauge is not essential to this project.

LETTERS
Apply a thin layer of glue to one section of letter. Wrap yarn around letter over glued area. Continue to apply glue to one small section at a time and wrap with yarn until surface of letter is covered. Allow to dry.

This is a great project. Rather than using glue, i just tucked the yarn ends under.
