GAUGE:
7 V-st = about 8 in. (20.5 cm) BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Shades of Blue Scarf Reviewed by Cindy Ball on 2012-12-07
Oh my goodness! I am making gifts for coworkers and this pattern is sooooo easy, that I made 4 scarves in two days! I follwed the instructions on the package, there was no need to make corrections. Will most certainly keep this in my library! I even made one into an infinity scarf by adjusting my stitch tension which made it longer and a slight bit narrower. But still only using one ball. I love the various textures and shading in this yarn. I have used three colors now and I'm in love with this yarn!
