Easter Egg Hot Pad
Lion Brand® Lion® Cotton
GAUGE: 10 sc x 10 rows = 4 in [10 cm x 10 cm] BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES:
- Potholder is worked with 3 strands of yarn held together throughout.
- Wind yarn into three separate balls.
- When starting the colored yarn, match the three strands so that the
points where the color changes on each strand is the same as the others.

| I found this difficult to knit with 3 strands of yarn and size 8 needles so i switched to size 11 and it was much easier to make decreases and increases. Cute hot pad!
