GAUGE:

5 sts = 3 in [7.6 cm] in half double crochet. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Urban Wrap assembly instruction in knit pattern 1113 Reviewed by Susan Lou on 2013-02-11 *****
I found the assembly of this pattern confusing and it seems that many others did too. When I printed the crochet instructions I also printed the instructions for the kint pattern too. In my frustration I was flipping pages and realized there are assembly instructions included in the knit version that aren't in the crochet version. The knit pattern is no.1113. Check there ...... VERY helpful.
