GAUGE:
15 sts = 4 in. (10 cm) over Eyelet Pattern. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

I LOVE this pattern! It works up quickly, easy to memorize, and a great stash buster. You can have fun with the colors and striping. I added several stripes to make it wider and may also add a bit to the length next time. The border is especially nice for setting off the blanket. I anticipate making this again and again!
