Mellow Tones Throw
Lion Brand® Baby's First®
GAUGE: 16 sts = 4 in. (10 cm) in St st (k on RS, p on WS). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
STITCH EXPLANATION: PATTERN STITCH

| This blanket came out really pretty minus two small mistakes I made in my border and an issue with the pattern. The pattern issue I had was the same as another reviewer, my blanket came out rectangular even though my tension was good the entire time and I followed the pattern exactly. The dimensions I had is 34 inches wide and 28 inches long. So maybe if you only cast on 110 st instead of 120 and then add some more rows to the end this would be 32x32. I may pull the border out and add more rows to the end to make this 34x34 at some point.
