Exact gauge is not essential to this project.
STAMP BLOCK With pencil, sketch a simple design onto wood block. Working on one small section at a time, glue yarn over design outline. Allow to dry, then glue on additional yarn to completely or partially fill in design outline
Allow to dry.
FINISHING Gently press stamp block onto stamp pad, then onto paper as desired.

I tweaked the idea and used a larger, fancy crocheted snowflake. It made a beautiful stamp which I used to make thank you cards. It was great with embossing powder too, keeps the lacy look if you go easy on the ink. What an awesome idea!
