Lexi Leg Warmers

Lion Brand® Jiffy®

GAUGE:

16 sts + 24 rnds = 4 in. (10 cm) in St st worked in the rnd (k every rnd). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

NOTES:

1. Legwarmers are worked in a stripe pattern of 2 rnds each with A and B alternately.
2. Cast on with either A or B as desired. For fun, we cast on one Leg Warmer with A and one with B.
3. Carry unused color up WS of work.
4. St st edges of Leg Warmers are designed to roll naturally to the right side.

LEG WARMERS (make 2)
With A or B as desired, cast on 44 sts. Divide sts evenly onto 4 double pointed needles. Place marker for beg of rnd. Being careful not to twist sts, join by working first st on left hand needle with working yarn from right hand needle.
Work in St st in the rnd (k every rnd), working 2 rnds with each color until piece measures about 16 in. (40.5 cm) from beg.
Bind off.

FINISHING
Weave in ends.

Easy Peasy !!!
This is this first time I have ever knitted in rounds and amazed myself I have made a pair for myself and am onto my second pair they are quick and so easy so make. I did mine in random dyed wool no need to change colors.

Cheers Bernie Bezar N.Z.
