GAUGE: 5 1/2 ch-sps + 10 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) in pattern. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Ch 24.
Row 1: Sc in 4th ch from hook, *ch 3, sc in next ch, ch 3, sk next 2 ch, sc in next ch; rep from * across – 11 ch-sps at the end of this row.
Row 2: Ch 3, turn, *(sc, ch 3, sc) in next ch-3 sp, ch 3, sk next ch-3 sp; rep from * across to last ch-sp, sc in last ch-sp.
Rep Row 2 until piece measures about 70 (140) in. (178 (355.5) cm) from beginning.
FINISHING
Fasten off. Weave in ends.

| I absolutely loved this pattern because it works up pretty fast and the finished length is incredible. I only recommend buying two balls instead of three because it easily reaches the length with only two. I made a beanie with the first ball and still had enough yarn to make the desired length with the rest of the first ball and the second. overall LOVE IT!
