Port Chester Cowl
Lion Brand® Amazing®
GAUGE: 12 sts = 4 in. (10 cm) in St st worked in the rnd (k every rnd) with 2 strands of yarn held tog. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

I thought this looked very similar to the Lyndhurst Cowl. They are, the difference being length and circumference. This pattern is longer in both. I live in So. California so I am going to use the Lyndhurst pattern. This one looks warmer and because of its circumference you can probably wear it as a hooded cowl more easily.
Thank LB for providing both.
