Rub-A-Dub Scrubbies
Lion Brand® Lion® Cotton
GAUGE: Rnds 1-3 = 3 in. (7.5 cm). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
STITCH EXPLANATION: | dc2tog (dc 2 sts together) Yarn over, insert hook into st and draw up a loop, yarn over and draw through 2 loops. Yarn over, insert hook into next st and draw up a loop. Yarn over, draw through 2 loops, yarn over and draw through all loops on hook – 1 st decreased. |
NOTES: 1. To change color in the join of a rnd, insert hook in top of beginning ch, yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete join. Do not fasten off old color. Carry color not in use up wrong side of work until needed in next rnd.
2. Yarn amount is sufficient to make multiple scrubbies.

I did make one & it worked out ok, but no one who sees it likes it:( They don't see the purpose. Me either, I guess.
