Harbor Scarf

Lion Brand® Fishermen's Wool®

GAUGE:

30 sts = 4 in. (10 cm) over Cable Pattern. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

STITCH EXPLANATION:

2/2 LC (2 over 2 left cross) Slip 2 sts to cable needle and hold in front, k2, then k2 from cable needle.

Harbor Scarf Reviewed by palenque1978 on 2013-04-11 *****
I thoroughly enjoy knitting this pattern. It's intricate, but not difficult to knit.

This scarf is quite versatile; good for men and women/girls. Dark colors for men and "fairer" colors for the ladies.

Warning: It takes a long time to make. It's not a jiffy-to-make scarf; but, well worth the effort.
