Carrollton Afghan
Lion Brand® Homespun®
GAUGE: 10 dc + 6 rows = 4 in. (10 cm). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES: 1. Afghan is made from 17 unique Blocks. Blocks are worked in rows of any one of three basic crochet stitches; single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), or triple (treble) crochet (tr).
2. Completed Blocks are arranged according to Assembly Diagram and joined with single crochet.
3. To change color, work last st of old color to last yarn over; yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete st.
4. Label each finished Block as soon as you finish crocheting it.
5. Finished Blocks may not match exactly in size. Measure the edges that will be joined before crocheting Blocks together, then ease in any edges that are too long or gently stretch any edges that are too short.

| I really wish the photo would have shown the two blocks that are multiple colors on it. why? why would you put only two blocks with 2 and 3 different colors? I also agree with the person who said it did not line up right, the way it is layed out on the diagram it does not fit, it left absolutely no room for a couple of the blocks to fit into the spots where the diagram said to put it, I had to rearrange them to fit as close as possible. I am almost ready to try and attach them all together. I will try to post a picture when mine is all assembled.
