Learn to Crochet Cuff
Lion Brand® Recycled Cotton
GAUGE: About 18 single crochet stitches = 4 in. (10 cm). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

CUFF (make 2)
Chain 24.
Single crochet in 2nd chain from hook and in each chain across.
Row 1: Ch 1, turn. Single crochet in each stitch across.
Repeat Row 1 until piece measures about 8 1/2 in. (21.5 cm) from beginning.
Fasten off, leaving a long yarn tail.
FINISHING
Fold crochet piece in half. Thread yarn tail into blunt needle. Sew sides of Cuff together for about 2 in. (5 cm). Leave next 1 in. (2.5 cm) unsewn for thumb opening, then seam remainder of sides.

im not the best at following directions - even simple ones like these
i also have larger hands than most women so i extended the size by 10 stitches for a total of 34 instead of 24 next time i would go a few less as it was just a bit loose but this was easily fixed by rolling the length down a bit i love these very quick and easy <3
