Broome Street Shawl
Lion Brand® Jiffy®
GAUGE: 15 sts = 4 in. (10 cm) in pattern. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES: Circular needle is used to accommodate large number of sts. Work back and forth in rows on circular needle as if working on straight needles.

This is a beautiful completed project and very simple to make. The pattern is easy to remember so it makes a marvelous project to knit while in a group. I have made it in the color shown and also in a softer yarn in petal pink as a prayer shawl for a friend's daughter undergoing treatment for breast cancer. As a pattern for a prayer shawl I used the pattern setting row as a time to fill the shawl with my prayers.
However, I am having trouble finding the shawl pin shown on the website. Any help?
