Sugar Hill Baby Throw

Lion Brand® Sock-EaseTM - Cotton-Ease®

GAUGE:

22 sts and 20 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) with 1 strand each of A and C held tog in K1, p1 Rib. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

*K1, p1; rep from * across.

Sugar Hill Baby Throw Reviewed by Karen Homer on 2010-09-24 *****
When I saw this colorful pattern, I had to make it, even though there was no baby in mind. Fortunately, now there is a special baby-to-be in the family.
I also substituted Sock-Ease Cotton candy in one of the last squares, or I would have run out of the Sock-Ease Lemon Drop.
In order to carry the 2 strands of very different yarns together, I used large plastic bobbins to organize the yarns.
