GAUGE:
10 sts = 4 in. (10 cm) in Garter st (knit every row). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES:
Circular needle is used to accommodate large number of stitches. Work back and forth in rows as if knitting with straight needles.

Delightful Tweed Baby Blanket Reviewed by Karen Massey on 2009-04-30
This blanket was super easy to make and the Vanna's Choice is easy to use and find. The circular needles are a must. It looks very impressive when finished, like a pro (even if your not).
