Garter Tweed Scarf
Lion Brand® Fishermen's Wool®
GAUGE: 13 stitches = 4 in. (10 cm) in Garter stitch (knit every row) with 2 strands held together. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| This is the perfect starter scarf. I've made a number of items, but I always mess up and end up with more stitches than I began with. Working with 2 yarns at once made me much more aware of when I was about to mess up my stitches!
