HEAD AND BODY
With A, ch 2.
Rnd 1: Work 3 sc in first ch.
Place marker in first st for beg of rnd; move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Rnd 2: Work 2 sc in each st around - 6 sts at the end of this rnd.
Rnd 3: *2 sc in next st, sc in next st, rep from * around - 9 sts.
Rnd 4: *2 sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts, rep from * around - 12 sts.
Rnd 5: Sc in each of first 3 sts, 2 sc in next st (increase for eye made), sc in next 4 sts, 2 sc in next st (increase for eye made), sc in last 3 sts - 14 sts.
Rnd 6: Sc in each of first 3 sts, 2 sc in each of next 2 sts, sc in next 4 sts, 2 sc in each of next 2 sts, sc in last 3 sts - 18 sts.
Rnd 7: Sc in first 3 sts, (sc2tog) twice, sc in next 4 sts, (sc2tog) twice, sc in last 3 sts - 14 sts.
Rnd 8: Sc in first 3 sts, sc2tog, sc in next 4 sts, sc2tog, sc in last 3 sts - 12 sts. Following package directions, attach safety eyes at increase points of Rnds 5 and 6. Stuff piece firmly. Continue to stuff as work progresses.
Rnd 9: Sc in first 3 sts, sc2tog, sc in next 2 sts, sc2tog, sc in last 3 sts - 10 sts. Change to B.
Rnd 10: Sc in each st around. Change to A.
Rnds 11-14: Work 2 sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts, (sc2tog) twice, sc in next 2 sts, work 2 sc in last st - 10 sts. Change to B.
Rnd 15: Sc in each st around. Change to A.
Rnd 16-65: Rep Rnds 11-15.
Rnd 66: Sc in first 3 sts, (sc2tog) twice, sc in last 3 sts - 8 sts.
Rnd 67: Sc in first 2 sts, (sc2tog) twice, sc in last 2 sts - 6 sts.
Rnd 68: Sc in first st, (sc2tog) twice, sc in last st - 4 sts.
Fasten off.
FINISHING
