NOTES
The Back is worked from side edge to side edge. The Fronts are worked from side edge to center front. The neck shaping is worked at the center front of each Front. The remaining portion of each Front at the same edge as neck shaping is the shoulder and is seamed to the Back.
About 10 in. (40 cm) on each side of Wrap is meant to cover arms, thus finished chest measurement is less than actual width Wrap.

GAUGE:
7 hdc = 3 in. (7.5 cm) BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Gave up in frustration the first time I tried this and converted it to an afghan. Now I'm using a size K hook and modifying it for a poncho. I'm planning on making two *backs* and then joining them at the shoulders with space left for the neckline. Good luck!
