Tweedy V-Stitch Baby Throw
Lion Brand® Vanna's Choice® Baby
GAUGE: 3 V-sts + 4 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) with 1 strand each of A and B held tog. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

I have made this for two of my dear friends for their baby showers... Both of them love that the blanket has the v-stitch holes so they are confident it won't suffocate the babies while they sleep, and both of the little girls intertwine their little fingers through the holes!! Of course, that is the finest compliment!
A simple, beautiful modern pattern that i will make again and again!
