EYE PATCH
Beg at top of Head, with B, ch 2.
Rnd 1: Work 5 sc in first ch. Place marker in first stitch for beginning of round; move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Rnd 2: Work 2 sc in each st around – 10 sts.
Fasten off. Following package directions, attach safety eye through Eye Patch.
HEAD AND BODY
With A, ch 2.
Rnd 1: Work 6 sc in first ch. Place marker in first stitch for beginning of round; move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Rnd 2: Work 2 sc in each st around – 12 sts.
Rnd 3: *2 sc in next st, sc in next st; rep from * around –18 sts.
Rnd 4: *2 sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts; rep from * around – 24 sts.
Rnds 5 -18: Sc in each st around.
Following package directions, attach safety eye to left side of Head.
Rnd 19: *Sc2tog, sc in each of next 2 sts; rep from * around – 18 sts.
Begin to stuff piece. Continue stuffing piece firmly as work progresses.
Rnd 20: *Sc2tog, sc in next st; rep from * around – 12 sts.
Rnd 21: (Sc2tog) around – 6 sts.
Fasten off.
EARS (make 2)
With B, ch 2.
Rnd 1: Work 8 sc in first ch. Place marker in first stitch for beginning of round; move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Rnds 2-7: Sc in each st around.
Rnd 8: (Sc2tog) around- 4 sts.
Fasten off.
ARMS AND LEGS (make 4)
With B, ch 2.
Rnd 1: Work 8 sc in first ch. Place marker in first stitch for beginning of round; move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Rnds 2-5: Sc in each st around.
Fasten off.
TAIL
With B, ch 2.
Rnd 1: Work 6 sc in first ch. Place marker in first stitch for beginning of round; move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Rnds 2 and 3: Sc in each st around.
Fasten off.
COLLAR
With C, ch 24. Fasten off.
FINISHING
Sew Ears to top of Head. Sew Eye Patch to Head. Stuff Arms and Legs lightly and sew to Body. Sew Tail to back of Body. With black yarn, embroider nose. Sew Collar around neck.
Weave in ends.
