1. Work in continuous rnds; do not join rnds or turn unless otherwise instructed.
2. To change color, work last st of old color to last yarn over; yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete st.
COZY With A, ch 2.
Rnd 1: Work 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Place marker for beginning of rnd; move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around—12 sts.
Rnd 3: *2 sc in next st, sc in next st; rep from * around—18 sts.
Rnd 4: *2 sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts; rep from * around—24 sts.
Rnd 5: *2 sc in next st, sc in next 3 sts; rep from * around—30 sts.
Rnd 6: Working in back loops only, sc in each st around; change to B in last st.
Rnd 7: With B, sc in each st around; change to A in last st.
Rnds 8–19: With A, sc in each st around; change to B in last st of last rnd.
Rnd 20: Rep Rnd 7.
Rnd 21: With A, sc in each st around.
Fasten off.
SKULL With C, ch 2.
Rnd 1: Work 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Place marker for beginning of rnd; move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Rnd 2: 2 hdc in next 3 sts, 2 sc in next 3 sts—12 sts.
Rnd 3: (2 hdc in next st, hdc in next st) 3 times; leave remaining sts unworked.
Fasten off.
BONE (make 2) With C, ch 3.
Row 1: (Sl st, ch 3, sl st) in 3rd ch from hook, ch 14, (sl st, ch 3, sl st) in 4th ch from hook. Fasten off.
FINISHING Cross Bones and sew to center of Cozy. With A, embroider French knot eyes on Skull and sew to center of Bones.
Weave in ends.
