NOTES:
To change color, work last st of old color to last yarn over; yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete st.
FLOWER (make 2 with B, 1 with C)
With B or C, ch 12.
Work 3 hdc in 3rd ch from hook, 4 dc in next ch; change to A in last dc.
With A, work 5 dc in next ch, 3 tr in each ch to last 3 ch, 3 dc in next ch, 2 hdc in next ch, sc in last ch. Turn.
Next Row: With A, (ch 2, sl st in next st) across all A sts. Fasten off.
FINISHING Coil flower into a spiral. Sew across base to secure. Weave in ends. Glue Flowers across barrette, with C flower at center.

Brilliant pattern! Instead of gluing the flowers onto a barette, i made seperate flowers, sewed on felt leaves, then attached safety pins to the backs. They make great brooches!
