GAUGE:
1 Flower = 3 in. (7.5 cm) diameter BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES:
To change color, work last st of old color to last yarn over; yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete st.
FLOWER With B, ch 16.
Row 1: 3 hdc in 3rd ch from hook, 4 dc in next ch; change to A in last dc, 5 dc in next ch, 3 tr in each ch to last 3 ch, 3 dc in next ch, 2 hdc in next ch, sc in last ch.
Row 2: With A, (ch 3, sl st in next st) across all A color sts.
Fasten off.
FINISHING Allow Flower to spiral around center, arranging as tightly as desired. Sew a few stitches in base of flower to secure. Weave in ends. Sew Flower to center of ribbon.
