Fold piece in half and sew side seams. Drawstring Channel
Join yarn with sl st in st on side of top edge. Rnd 1: Working in sts of last row and free loops on opposite side of foundation ch, ch 4, skip next st, (dc in next st, ch 1, skip next st) around; join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch.
