Rep last row until piece measures 6 in. (15 cm) from beg. Fasten off.

Fold piece in half and sew side seams. Drawstring Channel
Join yarn with sl st in st on side of top edge. Rnd 1: Working in sts of last row and free loops on opposite side of foundation ch, ch 4, skip next st, (dc in next st, ch 1, skip next st) around; join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch. Rnd 2 (ruffled top edge): Ch 1, sc in same st as join, 5 dc in next dc, (sc in next dc, 5 dc in next dc) around; join with sl st in first sc. Fasten off.
Weave in ends. Thread satin ribbon through drawstring channel, cinch top and tie a bow.
