FROSTING Foundation With crochet hook and B, ch 2.

Rep Rows 1 and 2 until piece measures about 30 in. (76 cm). Bind off.
FINISHING
Seam ends of Side to make a loop. Sew one edge of Side to Base. Weave in ends. Insert a small amount of stuffing, then a foam half ball.
Arrange Frosting Foundation over foam ball and sew to Side. Glue one end of Frosting Swirl to top center of Foundation. Glue remainder of Swirl in a spiral over Foundation.
Weave in ends.
